Facility Certification Application [Approval Process]

In addition to the Application Fee stated, payment of the Facility Certification Fee is required upon approval of both your Application and background check by Colors of Hope​TM and will not be charged to you before such approval has been made. Payment can be made according to any of the options below, but in all cases, the full Facility Certification Fee must be received no later than 30 days ​prior to your participation in a Certification Academy Conference. Price does include Prerequisite, Colors of Hope 12 Hour Mentoring Online Course. ​We will not charge you until we have received authorization from you.

Certification Price $1680

You may pay in full at the time you submit your application o​ r​ you may break up the fee into three (3) consecutive payments of $560 per month, the first being due at the time you submit your application and the 2nd and 3rd being due on the 1st of each consecutive month thereafter; any payments made after the 1st of the month may incur a late fee.

Clinician Certification Application

$1266 for Each Additional Clinician from the same facility.

Facility chooses mentoring structure for clinicians
Clinician takes the Sexual Abuse Safety Course
Prerequisite Mentoring Evaluation
Mentoring Evaluation Call
Each Clinician takes a minimum of 12 spiritual mentoring hours
Submit Proof of First Aid Certification
Submit Equine evaluation videos and written material
Equine Team Evaluates if Clinician needs additional Equine Skills

Complete mentoring
